Trying Again!

After two years of delays, I'm finally posting on Substack!

It looks like I attempted to begin writing on Substack in November 2020! After penning a title and a Welcome, life interrupted. But I’m back and now my goal is to post regularly despite my harried schedule of radio broadcasts, newspaper columns, coaching, and book writing.

My first children’s picture book, No Barnyard Bullies, was just published by Waterside Productions. This is the first book in my series, Stella Bella’s Barnyard Adventures, which is based on true stories from my menagerie of adopted animals that I have rescued over the years. For all of you animal lovers out there, you will recognize the intelligence and generosity that prevails in the animal kingdom. The stories are told from the perspective of the animals, although they are experiences that I witnessed in person. The publisher and I have also been working with the ViciNFT team to bring gorgeous NFTS of the beautiful illustrations from No Barnyard Bullies by the talented artist, Jensen Russel to the metaverse. I am on a steep learning curve and looking forward to learning from all of you in the know.
